How do I book?

Head to our contact page or click here and fill in as much info as you can provide and we will check availability and get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you take a deposit?

To secure a date in our diary we need a 40% deposit of the total fee.

This is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

​The total amount is due two weeks prior to your event.

Any cancellation within two weeks of the event will still be charged at 100%.

​Moving the date within two weeks will require an additional deposit to again secure the date in our diary. 

What is included in my hire?

Your booking includes the following:

  • Your chosen date secured

  • Professional and friendly members of staff

  • The option to customise the trailer (please let us know if you require this)

  • Environmentally-friendly recyclable food packaging

  • Public liability insurance

How much space is required for the Cheese Truck?

Please make sure your venue will allow enough room for us to manoeuvre the trailer.

The trailer width is 2.1 metres and nearly 9 metres long including the towing vehicle. 

The car can then be detached from the trailer.

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Chelmsford, Essex, but we can travel to surrounding counties.
